Returns Policy

We are confident you’ll be happy with the products you purchase from Direct Seeds, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund (minus postage and packaging costs.)

Please contact us as soon as possible via or contact page explaining your dissatisfaction (EG:- Not what I was expecting, wrong colour....) and return your item to us at the following address: Direct Seeds C/O Plant Pots Direct, 3A Valley Road, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 9ER (at your cost) within 7 days of receipt, when the item(s) are received we will confirm via email and issue a refund for the products returned.

If you have received your order and an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via our contact page to report the problem at the earliest opportunity, quoting your name, order number and what is damaged/missing/incorrect in your order.
